Burns-Booth is a freelance food and travel writer, recipe developer, and food stylist with a passion for local, seasonal ingredients. she is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and regularly contributes to a variety of print publications and online recipe sites, as well as creating bespoke recipes for numerous major brands and supermarkets in the UK and Europe. Carolyn Cope is the voice behind the popular food and lifestyle blog Umami Girl. She created the weekly "Crisper Whisperer" column on Serious Eats, which brought seasonal produce to life for a broad audience with humor and simple technique. Jassy Davis is a recipe wrtier and blogger with a love for fresh, seasonal foods. The co-author of The Contented Calf Cookbook, she has developed recipes for magazines, set up a local food cafe on a city farm in the trendy East End of London and a bakery stall in Greenwich market.
